Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

The thesis deals with a Polyfunctional house. It´s lately erected building of self-standing block of flats with a pizzeria situated in Humpolec, Hradská Street. The building is designed as a four-storeyed cellarless house with eight separate housing units for thirty permanently living people. The pizzeria designed for thirty guests and five employees is included to the property. It´s situated in the firtst floor. Residential part and business premises are separated from each other operationally independent and accessible main entrance. The building is covered with a flat roof structures. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.
Villahouse Kasalka in Humpolec

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.

This thesis processes project documentation for headquarters of construction company. Main purpose of building is to facilitate administrative nd manufacturing needs of the company. Building contains of reception, offices, meeting room, restrooms and lock rooms for employees, elevator and workshops. There is underground garage in the basement. Building is going to be situated in Stritez u Policky. Building takes up 1088m2 of land. Vertical structures are mainlymade of concrete and brick blocks. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete panels, roof structure is made of wooden trusses.

My bachelor theses deals with a family house with an establishment that serves as tax adviser office. The house is situated in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořák street. The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House is designed for four-member family. There is separate entrance from the street to the place of business on the left side of the first floor. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beams and ceiling Miako. House and garage is covered with a flat roof single-shell.

This thesis deals with the design documentation of villas Petra in Humpolec, designed for a family of six. The house is situated in the region Vysočina in the village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The diploma thesis deals with the technological stage of the lower structure, namely laying on piled foundations, including laying of a building pit with pilot reinforced concrete walls, and a rough top structure made of reinforced concrete walls, cores and reinforced concrete ceiling structure. Technological stage of the rough construction of the pavilion of the psychiatric ward in Poruba

The aim of the processing is the technological stage of the rough construction of the psychiatric ward pavilion in Poruba. The building is designed as a structured four-storey reinforced concrete skeleton of irregular plan with an internal atrium with flat roofs. The load-bearing structures of the lower and upper building are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton reinforced by walls of communication cores and individual monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs. The content of the work includes a technical report, a situation with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions, a technological regulation for the execution of reinforced concrete monolithic load-bearing structures, a technical report and a drawing of the site equipment, a time schedule, a design of machine assemblies, an inspection and testing plan, the safety of the work of the technological stage addressed.
FAMILY HOUSE WITH THE SURGERY GENERAL PRACTITIONER

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
Constructive technological project of a business incubator

The content of the diploma thesis is the processing of a constructive technological project of a business incubator. The objective of this constructive technological project is to approach the construction process in the framework of the study of the implementation of the main technological stages, which closely follows the project of the site construction equipment with suitable layout of its construction, as well as the design of suitable machinery mechanisms for realization of the main building. Part of the project is also to determine the timeliness of work, financial and material management, and technological regulations for implement selected activities, taking into account the quality control and planning of their implementation. The whole construction process is completed in the final part of the diploma thesis on the solution of the occupational health and safety issues.
